If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), affords you specific rights regarding your personal information. These rights apply to personal information collected for purposes other than the insurance transaction (e.g., website data, marketing data), which is governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and is subject to CCPA pursuant to regulations adopted by the California Privacy Protection Agency effective January 1, 2026.

Effective January 1, 2026, California insurance companies must comply with the CCPA for personal information not collected in connection with an insurance transaction, including website visitor data and marketing data. Power Financial Group is committed to full compliance with these requirements.
