Insurance services
PWR FIN LLC, doing business as Power Financial, is an independent insurance agency. Its licensed agents offer life and health insurance, Medicare products, fixed annuities, fixed indexed annuities, and other insurance products for which they are appropriately licensed and appointed. Product availability, features, rates, and agent appointments vary by state and carrier.
Insurance products are not bank deposits, are not FDIC insured, may lose value, and are subject to exclusions, limitations, surrender charges, policy expenses, and the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company.
Power Financial represents multiple insurance carriers but does not represent every insurer or product available in every market. A recommendation is limited to products the presenting agent is licensed and appointed to offer. “Independent” describes the agency’s ability to access multiple carriers; it does not mean that Power Financial is a fee-only adviser or that every engagement creates a fiduciary relationship.
Investment and securities services
Power Financial does not provide securities or investment-advisory services unless those services are delivered by an appropriately registered individual through the applicable registered firm. When investment-advisory or securities services may be appropriate, clients may be introduced to appropriately licensed professionals affiliated with Global View Capital Management or another disclosed firm. Any such services are provided under a separate agreement with that firm.
Trust, legal, and estate-planning services
Power Financial is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. Trust documents and estate-planning services are delivered through TrusteeFriend and participating professionals under a separate engagement. Clients should consult a qualified attorney regarding their individual circumstances.
Asset-protection information
References to asset protection describe insurance-based planning and potential protections available under applicable state law. Power Financial does not promise that an insurance policy or annuity will be exempt from creditors, lawsuits, bankruptcy proceedings, domestic-relations claims, tax liens, or other legal process. Exemptions vary materially by state, product, ownership structure, and individual circumstances. Legal structures and creditor-protection questions should be addressed with a qualified attorney.
Tax information
Power Financial does not provide tax advice. References to tax treatment are general educational information based on current law. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and may change. Clients should consult a qualified tax professional before implementing a strategy.
IUL and policy-loan disclosures
Indexed universal life insurance is permanent life insurance with policy charges and non-guaranteed elements. Index-linked interest is not a direct investment in a market index. Caps, participation rates, spreads, bonuses, and other crediting terms may change. A 0% index-crediting floor does not prevent policy value from declining after insurance costs and other charges.
Policy loans and withdrawals reduce cash value and death benefits, accrue interest, and may create adverse tax consequences if a policy lapses or is surrendered. Tax-favored access generally depends on the policy remaining in force and not becoming a modified endowment contract. Illustrations are hypothetical and are not guarantees of future performance.
Annuity disclosures
Annuities are long-term insurance contracts. They may include surrender charges, withdrawal limitations, market value adjustments, caps, participation rates, spreads, rider charges, and tax penalties for certain early distributions. Guarantees depend on the issuing insurer. Replacements and rollovers should be evaluated carefully for lost benefits, new surrender periods, costs, liquidity, and suitability.
Medicare
Power Financial is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. Availability and benefits vary by plan and service area. Contacting Power Financial does not obligate you to enroll, and not every available plan may be represented. Medicare beneficiaries may also contact Medicare directly at 1-800-MEDICARE or Medicare.gov.
Replacements, exchanges, and rollovers
Replacing an insurance policy or annuity, exchanging a contract, or moving retirement assets may result in surrender charges, a new surrender period, loss of existing guarantees or benefits, underwriting requirements, taxes, fees, and other consequences. Do not cancel an existing policy or transfer funds until the new arrangement has been approved, issued, reviewed, and accepted and all applicable disclosures have been considered.
Testimonials and educational tools
Testimonials shown on this website were collected by Power Financial and reflect individual experiences. They are not guarantees of future results. Calculators, examples, and projections are educational estimates and cannot determine whether a product is suitable for a particular person. Formal carrier illustrations and applicable disclosures control.
Compensation and conflicts
Insurance agents are generally compensated by insurance carriers when a policy or contract is issued. Compensation may vary by product, carrier, premium, and contract. Ask your agent to explain relevant compensation and potential conflicts before you purchase or replace a product.
Partner introductions and separate engagements
References to Experior Financial, TrusteeFriend, Global View Capital Management, insurance carriers, and other organizations describe business relationships or available referral pathways; they do not imply that one entity guarantees or assumes responsibility for another entity’s services. Clients are free to choose their own attorney, tax professional, investment adviser, insurance professional, or estate-planning provider. Each provider is responsible for its own advice, agreements, privacy practices, fees, and regulatory obligations.
No guarantee or individualized recommendation from website use
